At ONORA, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our sterling silver jewellery. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 3 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 2 days of delivery.

The jewellery must be in unused, unworn, and undamaged condition.

The product must be returned in its original ONORA packaging, along with the invoice.

Items must be returned from the original delivery address only.

If the product is damaged or defective, customers must inform our team within 24 hours of delivery and share relevant photos or videos for verification.
We reserve the right to decline return requests if the returned item does not meet the above conditions or shows signs of use or damage.
Return Process

Our team will arrange for a reverse pickup from the original delivery address.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be initiated to the customer’s original payment method or bank account.

Please allow 5–7 working days after inspection for the refund to be processed.
Note: Products purchased online cannot be returned in any physical/offline store, and vice versa.
Exchange Policy
ONORA currently does not offer direct exchanges or replacements. If you wish to replace an item, we recommend that you:
